Cục Hải quan vừa ban hành văn bản hướng dẫn quan trọng giúp đơn giản hóa thủ tục thông quan cho hàng hóa, bao bì có ký hiệu ®️. Là đối tác Logistics (LSP) của Quý vị, chúng tôi xin tóm tắt các điểm cốt lõi sau:
• Không xử phạt khi thông quan: Cơ quan hải quan sẽ không thực hiện xử phạt hành chính đối với hàng hóa nhập khẩu có sẵn ký hiệu ®️ tại cửa khẩu. Việc nhập khẩu này không bị đánh đồng là hành vi vi phạm về chỉ dẫn sở hữu trí tuệ.
• Giải phóng hàng nhanh hơn: Quy định mới giúp loại bỏ các vướng mắc, giảm thiểu rủi ro kiểm hóa hoặc đình trệ lưu kho ngoài ý muốn liên quan đến nhãn mác nhãn hiệu tại cảng.
⚠️ LƯU Ý QUAN TRỌNG VỀ LOGISTICS & CHUỖI CUNG ỨNG:
• Trách nhiệm thuộc về nhà nhập khẩu: Quý doanh nghiệp phải tự chịu trách nhiệm bổ sung thông tin trung thực về tình trạng bảo hộ nhãn hiệu tại Việt Nam (thường thông qua nhãn phụ).
• Thời điểm hoàn thiện: Việc dán nhãn phụ bổ sung phải được thực hiện trước khi đưa hàng hóa ra lưu thông trên thị trường.

The Customs Department has just issued an important guiding document to help simplify customs clearance procedures for goods and packages with the symbol ®️ . As your Logistics partner (LSP), we would like to summarize the following core points:
• No sanction when clearing customs: The customs authority will not impose administrative sanctions on imported goods with signs ®️ available at the border gate. This import is not equated with an act of violation of intellectual property indications.
• Faster release of goods: The new regulations help eliminate obstacles, minimize the risk of inspection or unintended storage stalls related to trademark labels at ports.
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTES ON LOGISTICS & SUPPLY CHAIN:
• Responsibility belongs to the importer: You are responsible for supplementing truthful information about the status of trademark protection in Vietnam (usually through sub-labels).
• Time of completion: Additional sub-labeling must be done before the goods are put on the market.
